1. Subscription Fees

Safemoney.cloud operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS).

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable because the service becomes accessible immediately after payment.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following situations:

Technical malfunction preventing the use of the service for more than 48 hours

Billing errors caused by our system

4. Card Transactions

Safemoney.cloud does not hold or manage customer funds.

Any dispute regarding transactions made with payment cards must be handled through the Stripe chargeback procedure or by contacting support.
